DATCA & KNIDOS

This town is a at the south part of Datca semi island and was built by the people who came from Isparta. The famous temple of Aphrodite is in this town and it also has a theatre for 4.500 people. There are two ancient harbours that arouse interest. Also to be found here are remains from the Hellenistic age and Roman periods. The city walls make the town very attractive. It is an ideal resort for its history, qualified restaurants and beautiful beaches and simple hotels.
